Mark Zuckerberg, 26 years old, is the second youngest person ever to win Time Magazine’s Person Of The Year, and I think it’s quite obvious because:

  1. Facebook has over 600 million users (soon will be a billion)
  2. the company is now said to be worth 33.7 billion dollars (!!!)
  3. of the movie “The Social Network”
  4. Facebook is changing our way to communicate

Congratulations from Italy ;-)

Ciao Paris – Vespa Drone, an example of cool marketing

Case study, Street Marketing - by tin 5 Comments »

Ciao Paris is a scooter rental company allowing you to explore Paris from behind the handlebars of a glamorous vintage Vespa (the mythic Primavera 125, 1975!) with online booking (website) and home delivery.

The creators of this young company (The Magic Brain Washer) had the great idea for their street marketing campaign to use an iPhone drone dragging a flag of their brand in the most emblematic and touristic place in Paris: Eiffel tower. It is really more effective than a classic flyer session: people are mesmerized by this amazing piece of technology crossing their scope of vision and gather altogether to watch the show.

The main interest of such a campaign is that it can be implemented anywhere, allowing a very precise targeting of specifics areas and group of people (here tourists at the Eiffel tower, but it can be in a stadium, in a concert, over any manifestation…).
